Iowa Foster and Adoption

The organization's responsibilities are divided between Four Oaks and Lutheran Services In Iowa, depending on which region of the state you live in.

The organization exists to raise awareness for Iowa children waiting to be adopted from foster care. Photos of Iowa children available for adoption are available on their website.
